Turn documents & transcripts into narrated training courses.
Coursecast reads your handbook, policy PDF, slide deck or meeting transcript and drafts a complete course: an outline, a narration script for every lesson, key points and knowledge checks. Preview the narration, edit everything, and export to Word or Markdown. Your team reviews and publishes.

Built for teams that turn existing knowledge into training
Building training takes weeks you don't have.
Decks don't teach
A slide dump isn't a course. Turning it into real lessons is manual and slow.
Scripting is a project
Writing narration, quizzes and recaps for every lesson eats days before anyone records a word.
Updates never keep up
When the source doc changes, every lesson has to be reworked by hand.
Made for the training you already owe people
Pick a type to see what Coursecast drafts for it.
Employee onboarding
Turn your handbook and policies into a short, narrated onboarding path with a quick check at the end of each lesson.
Four steps. Minutes, not weeks.
Add your source
Upload a PDF, Word document, slide deck (speaker notes included) or a VTT/SRT transcript, or paste text.
Choose the shape
Set the audience, the number of lessons, lesson length and tone.
Claude drafts it
Claude plans the outline, then writes each lesson: narration script, key points and knowledge checks, flagging anything your source doesn't cover.
Review & export
Edit every word in place, preview the narration aloud, then export to Word, Markdown, scripts or JSON.
A course draft you can actually use
Source Reader
Reads PDFs natively through Claude, plus DOCX, PPTX with speaker notes, Markdown, plain text and VTT/SRT meeting transcripts.
Script Writer
Narration written to be spoken: short sentences, a clear opening and a recap, sized to the lesson length you pick.
Narration Preview
Hear any lesson read aloud with your browser's voices and adjust the pacing before you record or voice it.
Quiz Drafts
Multiple-choice knowledge checks with the right answer marked and a one-line explanation, ready for an expert to approve.
Gap Finder
If your source doesn't cover something a learner needs, the draft flags it in review notes instead of making it up.
Export Kit
Word (.docx), Markdown, narration scripts and JSON in one click, or print to PDF. LMS packages are on the roadmap.
You stay in control
Every course is a draft for your team to review and approve. Edit any word in place or have Claude rewrite a single lesson. Coursecast never publishes anything on its own, and you own what you make.
How Coursecast uses Claude
Reads the source
PDFs go to Claude as documents, so headings, tables and layout survive. Word, PowerPoint and transcripts are converted to clean text first.
Plans, then writes
One call plans the outline from your settings. Each lesson is then written in its own call with the full source and the outline, so lessons stay consistent and don't overlap.
Structured, checked output
Claude returns structured lessons, not loose text. Coursecast checks every field before it reaches your editor, and prompt caching keeps the lesson calls fast.
Your material is processed through Anthropic's commercial API, which does not use API inputs or outputs to train models. Coursecast doesn't keep your files after the draft is made. Privacy details.
